Since leading Amélioré as President Director in 2012, he has guided the company through landmark engagements spanning energy, higher education, financial services, telecommunications, and government tax administration. His experience allows him to engage at both strategic and technical levels.

Daud Rusyad Nurdin brings more than 25 years of experience in IT consulting, with a strong background in software development, data engineering, data warehousing, data migration, and enterprise systems. He started his career as a programmer and gradually developed strong expertise in data processing, system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. His experience also includes solution architecture, technical advisory, quality assurance, and project supervision, allowing him to solve complex technical challenges and guide teams toward effective solutions.

Daud is known for his detailed and structured approach to solving complex technical problems. As Vice President Director, he brings this experience into his leadership, helping teams navigate complex challenges while fostering a culture of continuous learning. Beyond leading projects, he has also shared his knowledge through training and teaching, reflecting his commitment to developing the next generation of technology professionals.

Ronny Agusta brings more than 20 years of experience in enterprise IT, combining strong technical expertise with extensive experience in leading projects, teams, and solution development. As the leader of the company's development team, Ronny oversees development projects across the organization, providing both technical direction and practical guidance to ensure solutions are built to a consistent standard. His experience covers application development, system integration, data transformation, and digital banking, shaped by roles as a Solution Architect, System Architect, Project Manager, and Fullstack Developer. With his extensive experience and practical approach, Ronny helps clients and project teams navigate complex technical challenges and turn business needs into solutions that are reliable, practical, and fit for purpose.

Bramsi Prenata is a technologist with more than 20 years of experience spanning DevOps, system architecture, and enterprise platform modernization. Certified in Red Hat and expertise in VMware, he has a strong track record in CI/CD automation, ETL orchestration, and large-scale platform migrations — including leading the shift from Cloudera CDH to CDP for a national tax administration system. Bramsi has held roles as Technical Lead, System Architect, and Data Engineer across various projects, consistently focused on secure, compliant, and resilient delivery. His broad experience across data, infrastructure, and application environments helps organizations improve existing platforms while building technology foundations as business needs evolve.

Anggita keeps the engine of the company running, covering a broad remit that spans Human Resources, General Affairs, Legal, Finance, and Procurement. In her time at Amélioré, she has managed the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment, compensation, performance management, and training, while also handling contract and legal compliance, day-to-day financial reporting, and vendor and tender negotiations for company projects. Her background is grounded in a Master's in Management, a good combination to build the operational versatility that keeps our people, policy, and paperwork aligned as the company grows.
